Btw, this is not my pic, by the time I remembered to take one, the pie was gone
Ingredients:
- 1( 10 in) unbaked pie crust
- 1/2 c white sugar
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1( 15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1( 12 oz) evaporated milk
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients, and pour into the pie shell.
- Bake for about an hour, or until you can poke the pie with a tooth pick and nothing comes out.
- Let it cool for 2 hrs.
- Eat.
